Henrietta Poodlestones is the creation of Sandra Mallut a graduate of California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena where she received her Le Cordon Bleu certification in Baking and Pastry.  Sandra has always wanted to be a Pastry Chef since she was a little girl and has kept her dream alive with hard work and determination.  Let us know what we can do to make your baking experience the best it can be.
